Investing in a sustainable future for Lithuanian cinema.
Ground-mounted solar power plant.
The opportunity to receive support from the joint project "Investment support for ground-based solar power plants" by submitting an application to the Lithuanian Energy Agency encouraged UAB Kino Studija to plan the installation of a ground-mounted solar power plant.
The joint project is implemented under the Economic Recovery and Resilience Plan "New Generation Lithuania", financed by the European Union's Recovery and Resilience Facility "NextGenerationEU".
Galimybė gauti paramą iš jungtinio projekto „Investicinė parama saulės elektrinėms sausumoje" pateikus paraišką Lietuvos energetikos agentūrai paskatino UAB Kino Studija suplanuoti įsirengti saulės elektrinę sausumoje. Jungtinio projekto projektas įgyvendinamas pagal ekonomikos gaivinimo ir atsparumo didinimo planą „Naujos kartos Lietuva", finansuojamą Europos Sąjungos ekonomikos gaivinimo ir atsparumo didinimo priemonės „NextGenerationEU" lėšomis.

Cross-media cluster R&D development.

UAB „Kino studija" has implemented an EU co-funded project "Cross-media cluster R&D infrastructure development". Its aim was to establish a laboratory for the development of new products and services in the audio-visual industry.
The consortia of audio-visual companies intends to develop immersive technology content, offer the film industry various services such as motion capture, 3D printing for props, acoustic measurements and others. It will allow the Film Studio to be at the centre of the industry's R&D development, offering new opportunities and markets — strengthening Lithuania's film industry and its ability to innovate.
The project's budget was €800,364.78, with €520,237.11 financed by the European Regional Development Fund. The project lasted from September 2017 until July 2020.
